Switching it up a bit.....

So I decided to take a short break from my normal creations and play around with a few idea's I found on Pinterest.

I'm fairly pleased with they way they came out and may just add them to my collection of items for sell.

I've been wanting to try this one for awhile. Having recently reorganized my daughter's room and putting her in a big girl bed, I decided what better time to go ahead and do it! Although I need to perfect a few things, in the end I'm really pleased with the outcome!

I've also been wanting to start up a memory jar. This jar would be where everyone writes down a memory that has happened through the course of the year. At the end of the year, pull out all the memories and recount all the good times shared. I decided to decorate it a little and put a little twist on it. I'm sure you've noticed by now, I've got a thing for damask prints! ;)

I always do my best to try and help out through Shelby Styles supporting various fund raisers, charities etc etc. Not often do I post asking for help when it's personal and close to home. Today, I'm asking just that!!! Small business owners...

, Vendors, anyone wanting to get your name out etc etc. I NEED your help! Last month my husband's 31 year old cousin passed away from cancer. She was born with Blooms which is a rare disorder and has been fighting her WHOLE life. She was receiving assistance from the government and because of that lived on very little money. Our family has gone to assistance asking for their help in covering final costs, only to have been rejected. My husband's aunt has been home looking after his cousin and has been unable to work, she's also been caring for her son who has severe epilepsy. I'm outraged that they have gone through so much already and now are dealing with this burden! I would love to run a auction for them this weekend on my page to help with exspenses. Vendors - please let me know if you would be willing to participate. I need to pull this together quickly. Here is the link to the petition that was denied, it holds more info.

Each set includes 6 single prong alligator clips, 6 strips of 3/8 heat sealed ribbon cut in 20 cm pieces, 6 pieces of double sided tape, 2 embelishment, 6 no slip grips and instructions on how to create your own master piece sent in a word document via email (can be mailed should you so choose).
